GEAESS is our largest site for engine component Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO), responsible for more than 60% of our global repair volume.

Role Overview:

  • Perform hand blending & polishing operations, followed by self-inspection of blended parts to the tolerance and specifications
  • Read and correct interpretation of Operation Sheets and perform to the expected requirements
  • Perform scheduled maintenance & housekeeping tasks

The Ideal Candidate:

  • minimum GCE 'O' level with 3 years of relevant experience, capable of performing hand blending and polishing operations, self-inspection, interpreting operation sheets accurately, and conducting scheduled maintenance and housekeeping tasks.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum GCE 'O' level with 3 years of relevant experience; or
  • Preferably NITEC/Higher NITEC in Mechanical/Precision Engineering or equivalent; or
  • Diploma in Mechanical/Precision/Manufacturing Engineering
  • Able to read and understand the manufacturing operation sheets and standard operation procedures in English

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Good mechanical aptitude.
  • Knowledge in CNC programming
  • Ability to comprehend technical drawings/instructions
  • Ability to use measuring instruments
  • Previously worked in a manufacturing environment
  • A team player
