Job Description Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Supply Chain and Inventory Management Finance leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Production System HK and leading the team responsible for: managing and forecasting inventory, forecasting and improving processes for CTB (Clear-to-Build) as well as spare parts, Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE), overseeing warehouse and logistics center financials, and managing the Materials cost pool.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Production System HK, financial lead:

  • Capacity & Readiness - Build capacity models that inform us where and when future capacity constraints will occur
  • S&OP - Create a single, validated, achievable plan at cumulative lead time away with a plan to intercept customer needs
  • Source Schedules - Deploy rate to provide a clear and stable signal to suppliers and deploy take or pay to ensure a trust in signal

Inventory Management:

  • Oversee and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess.
  • Risk management of inventory build aligned to sourcing strategies.
  • Develop and implement inventory control procedures to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

CTB/Engine/Spare Parts Forecasting and Process Improvement:

  • Forecast demand for CTB engines, and spare parts to ensure timely availability. Close partnership with the product line teams.
  • Analyze historical data to improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance forecasting and inventory management.

S&OP and Developing S&OE:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement S&OP and S&OE strategies to ensure seamless operations.

Warehouse/Logistics Center Financials:

  • Oversee the financial performance of warehouse and logistics center operations.
  • Monitor and analyze financial metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.

Materials MP&HE Cost Pool:

  • Manage the cost pool for Material Planning & Handling Equipment (MP&HE).
  • Track and control expenses related to MP&HE to ensure budget adherence.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 10 years of finance experience with financial leadership experience.
  • Financial modeling skills
  • Leadership experience with senior management interaction
  • Demonstrated experience influencing and communicating at all levels, including with Senior Management
  • Proven project management and coordination skills
  • Experience managing direct reports
  • Proficient use of financial systems and analysis tools including Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Advanced financial analytics/modeling skills
  • Analytical - Data driven with ability to simplify complex topics
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Leadership experience and ability to motivate teams and work across all functions

  • Experience with business process redesign and/or LEAN
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
