The module leader is responsible for delivering technical support to customers and the business to drive safety, reliability, time on-wing, durability, customer responsiveness, cost of ownership, and productivity.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

  • Provide technical direction in the design, product support and repair development for HPC components
  • Establish priorities and make commitments for fleet responsiveness and support, repair execution
  • Establish strong communication with Supply Chain and Project regarding HPC execution
  • Drive services cost productivity utilizing digital tools and analytics
  • Support root cause investigation of hardware returned from the field and deliver findings with recommendations for the business and customers
  • Participate in creating a technical development plan for multi-disciplinary engineers
  • Coach and give feedback to LCE engineers to help them develop professionally
  • Provide leadership in establishing strategies to use analytics and digital tools to simplify the tasks required to support this hardware

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Material Science or Chemistry from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum 5 years engineering experience.
  • Ability to work on site in Ohio, USA. Or Warsaw Poland.

  • Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within and outside the organization
  • Organized, demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal, influence and leadership skills
  • Significant experience with the design and manufacture of Cold Section components
