Job Description Summary
The CF34 Services Business Operations Leader (i) directs and leads commercial strategy, (ii) ensures high quality deals that meet customer need are executed through the deal factory, (iii) owns commercial process development to support the deal teams, and (iv) is a critical face to the CF34 customer base.

- Define CF34 commercial strategy, including:
- Partnering with Marketing to understand fleet needs
- Desired win rate and contract mix
- Framework pricing levels
- Engagement plan with GEAM to execute strategy
- Create business processes to ensure strategy is executed as designed by:

- Deploying Flight Deck to ensure high quality deals with little waste
- Serving as 650.10 deal approver
- Supporting CSA Ops and deal factory teams to ensure all models being used are updated and accurate
- Ensure successful contract flowdown to CPL and CPM teams
- Creating an annual action plan for campaign strategy and closure
- Providing updates on progress to the team at WOR and MOR
- Foster customer relationships by:
- Supporting contract negotiations directly with customer teams
- Attending industry events to gather intelligence and build relationships
- Working closely with channel partners to build aftermarket solutions pipeline
- Lead special projects critical to the success of the overall RES organization
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience, especially in business analysis and forecasting

- Experience with customers and airframers. Ability to interface, build relationships and influence all levels of the customer's organization as well as other functions.
