Responsible for ensuring a flawless production ramp-up that meets customer requirements regarding delivery schedule and quality, while having all systems in place for production control. Additionally, comply with and enforce the code of ethics. Respect and adhere to the Quality Policy, Health and Safety standards, and the Quality Management System.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the management team to ensure shareholder business plan and customer contract will be fulfilled.
• Establish the manufacturing facility on time at cost in close coordination with the project leads from the shareholders
• Establish the target organization and a staffing plan including the respective qualification profiles in cooperation with the shareholders

• Ensure with the support of the shareholders that personnel are recruited according to plan
• Ensure a flawless manufacturing ramp up which meets the customer requirement with respect to delivery schedule and quality
• Set up a proper communication with customer with respect to technical and quality related questions as well as delivery forecasts
• Ensure that quality and manufacturing cost targets set by the shareholder business plan are achieved
• Initiate cost reduction initiatives if cost targets are not achieved
• Establish the company yearly budget and long-term plan to support the shareholder business plan and seek shareholder approvals.
• Report our company budget spending, income statements and tax sheets on regular basis.
• Assure all legal, ethical and reporting requirements set by the company and are always maintained.
• Assure external audits as taxation, safety, finance e.c.t. are being prepared and conducted in good faith

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • At least 3 years' experience leading a manufacturing operation in an international environment with proven track record achieving ramp up and cost targets as Value Steam Manager, Operations Manager or similar position
    • Experience in 450+ headcount facilities
