Job Description Summary
Assembly Leader will be responsible to lead assembly teams who build turboprop engines.The role performs daily operations to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line - Development engine assembly, Production and MRO assembly. Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution and/or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Executes engine build according to the schedule and appropriate instructions.
- A job at this level requires a people leader with ability to hire and develop talent. Includes direct people management responsibility including staffing and performance development.
- Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute strategy and reach the goals.
- Uses multiple internal and external sources outside of own teams to solve the problems and arrive at decisions (Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, etc.).
- Has knowledge of industry best practices.
- Uses some judgment and has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address issues.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience (provide mentoring & coaching to cell leaders, mechanics and other colleagues).
- Drive Problem Solving approach, supports continuous improvement culture and execution of changes.

Qualifications / Requirements:
- This role requires advanced experience in the Manufacturing & Production.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Shop environment experience required (aircraft engine assembly preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience in leadership roles.
- Working knowledge of engine assembly processes.
- Fluent Czech and English language.
