In this role you will be part of the Enterprise Security with a diverse set of roles & responsibilities aimed at protecting organization's information and data. You will build relationships and collaborate with senior members of technical and product teams to understand the technical & business context around applications and processes and influence decisions around improving the security state of the estate
What You'll Do
- Coordinate internally within Enterprise Security & develop a mitigation plan for TTP's, IOC's & Threat Advisories
- Conducting regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities & develop strategies to mitigate the identified risks
- Creating, modifying & enforcing security policies & procedures and ensure compliance with industry standards & regulations
- Responding to security incidents. Conduct Investigations to determine the cause & impact of incidents
- Monitoring network & system traffic for unusual activities. Using security tools to detect and respond to threats in real time
- Educate employees about security best practices
- Implement & configure security systems with secure configurations
- Communicate security issues and solutions to stakeholders
- Bachelor s degree in related filed, to include computer science, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 6+ years of directly related experience as a security practitioner or advisor
- Technical Knowledge of security technologies like Firewalls, IDS/IPS, EDR, SIEM, OS Hardening
- Deep understanding of network protocols & architectures
- Strong problem solving skills to develop effective security solutions
- Meticulous attention to detail to identify potential security risks
- Ability to explain complex security concepts to non technical & technical stakeholders
