About the Role
In this role, you will drive the strategic development and go-to-market architectures of innovative platforms, applications, and solutions that accelerate product creation, enhance customer engagement, and optimize market penetration.
You will be a hands-on architect/leader (player/coach) who will be responsible for:
•Leading and defining the architectural vision and strategy, develop roadmaps aligned with business goals and technology strategy.
•Ensure a seamless customer/employee experience by creating a streamlined end-to-end solution design, ensuring quality and consistency of our software architecture across systems
•Lead architecture governance by establishing and enforcing architecture principles, standards and best practices for retail solutions. Drive design reviews and ensure designs are consistent across various portfolios
•Cultivate strategic long-term partnerships with business and technology senior level stakeholders
•Build a high-performing architecture team, provide mentorship across various architecture disciplines including technical architecture and business architecture ensuring alignment with enterprise goals.
•Promote cross-functional collaboration between architects, product owners, program management and engineering to deliver seamless retail solutions.
•Establish an end-to-end operating model process with key partners and stakeholders across engineering, product management and program management that works in a SAFe Agile methodology as well as hybrid methodologies
•Lead Product Selection using an established methodology bringing together multiple cross-functional business and technology stakeholders resulting in product and platform alignment
What You'll Do
Enterprise & Solution Architecture Leadership
- Develop and execute the P2M technology strategyto enable faster, more efficient product development and optimize the end-to-end go-to-market process.
- Architect scalable, cloud-based, and API-driven solutionsfor PLM, sourcing, planning, and inventory management platforms.
- Ensure seamless integrationbetween design, merchandising, sourcing, supply chain, and ERP systemsto create a unified product lifecycle process.
- Enable AI, automation, and advanced analyticsto improve speed-to-market, demand forecasting, and allocation optimization.
- Lead themodernization of PLM and Digital Product Creation (DPC) platformsto support 3D design, virtual prototyping, and AI-driven material selection.
- Enhance global sourcing & manufacturing processesby integrating real-time supplier collaboration, minimum order quantity (MOQ) management, and service level forecasting.
- Enable end-to-end visibility across sourcing and productionby integrating global purchase order (PO) management and vendor tracking into supply chain platforms.
- Optimize supplier and cost managementby leveraging AI-driven cost forecasting and vendor performance analytics.
- Architect next-generation assortment planning and visual assorting toolsthat enable data-driven product selection across multiple sales channels.
- Enable localized assortment optimizationby integrating regional demand forecasting, customer preferences, and store-level insights.
- Support evergreen merchandise and core product lifecycle planningthrough AI-driven insights that optimize replenishment and inventory levels.
- Implement AI-driven inventory forecasting modelsthat improve accuracy insize localization, attribute-based buy forecasting, and weeks-of-supply-based buying.
- Modernize merchandise financial planning (MFP) and buy planning processesby integrating predictive analytics for optimal inventory allocation.
- Enable real-time inventory visibility and replenishment automationto reduce stockouts and overstock situations.
- Leverage machine learning to optimize allocation automationfor replenishment and markdowns.
- Architect intelligent pricing systemsto support dynamic pricing strategies, promotional optimization, and margin management.
- Enable AI-driven promo logic optimizationto enhance markdown efficiency and ensure strategic price adjustments based on sales performance.
- Modernize ticket replacement processesby integrating automatedpricing updates and compliance tracking.
- Develop end-to-end automation for buy planning and OTB processesto optimize inventory investments and minimize risk.
- Enable AI-powered service level forecastingto balance supply chain efficiency with demand fluctuations.
- Enhance global purchase order managementto improve vendor collaboration and on-time delivery.
- Leada team of talented architects, focusing on fostering a collaborative and innovative environment, encouraging growth and recognizing achievements, ultimately creating a high-performing and successful team.

- Experience working with, creating and managing off-shore teams and managed service providers to deliver architecture excellence.
- Experience in Planning, Product Lifecycle Management, Pricing, Product MDM and Supply Chain Processes in a retail environment.
- Experience in the retail and apparel industry is preferred.

Salary Range: $227,800 - $313,200 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
