About the Role
In this role, you will work in an energizing, inclusive, and creative environment focused on concepting and creating sustainable product that exceeds customers' expectations. Your goal is to partner with cross functional team members who collectively are responsible for ensuring that the product style and trend are more than worth the price for our customers. You will set the overall global design direction for the conceptual development the Old Navy Women's range. Must lean into risk taking and be customer curious!

What You'll Do
- Set overall direction for the conceptual development of the Female product lines
- Provide creative direction and coaching to develop a motivated, high performing team
- Responsible for Women's Concept Design process to include market research, macro trend, theme direction, trend funnel creation and content delivery.
- Ensure design direction is consistent with market trends as well as business strategy; interprets international/domestic concepts and fashion trends as it relates to market demands, company image and business strategy
- Develop strong internal cross functional relationships with Merchandising, Production, Visual Merchandising and Marketing to ensure product concept to store and site execution is a seamless customer experience
- Collaborate and lead others in key concept and product initiatives and their implementation
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and highly collaborative environment, with the ability to juggle multiple seasons at one time and track development deadlines
- Possess an elevated sense of style, aesthetic, and color and understand how to translate trends through the lens of the customer and brand filter
- Thorough knowledge of concept for fashion from Theme to Big Idea and Key Items
- Proven experience in high quality, clear and inspirational mood boards and trend decks; computer knowledge including Adobe Creative Suite
- Evaluate sometimes complex situations using multiple sources of information (internal and external sources)
- Able to filter, prioritize, analyze, and validate potentially complex in-depth understanding of concepts and procedures throughout the concept creation process.

Salary Range: $104,100 - $137,900 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
