About the Role

As an entry level Product Manager I, you will play an integral role in shaping our product strategy by enhancing customer experience and delivering capabilities to support our iconic brands of Gap, Old Navy, Banana Republic, and Athleta. You will collaborate with cross functional partners including business leaders, engineering, and data science with the goal of delivering products and strategies that can transform the product lifecycle and enable merchandising to work in new ways, make data-driven decisions and drive business growth to bring products from concept to market.
What You'll Do
  • Define and develop a roadmap to support merchandising objectives and support customer needs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand pain points and identify opportunities to improve workflows and tools
  • Define and prioritize product features, create robust user stories, and work closely with engineering to ensure successful and timely delivery of product releases
  • Identify, measure, and interpret results to validate product strategy; provide research, analysis, and support for identifying, evaluating, and resolving strategic opportunities
  • Build relationships with key business partners and other brand stakeholders; articulating product needs clearly and succinctly to different audiences and cross functional partners
Who You Are
  • Passionate about improving processes, creating efficiencies and approaching challenges with innovative thinking
  • Ability to influence and debate solutions with technical team members, to understand technology solutions and potential tradeoffs and to represent technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams
  • Ability to assess relatively complex situations and analyze data to make judgments and recommend solutions
  • Preferred experience in the Retail industry with an emphasis on Merchandising

Salary Range: $113,200 - $150,000 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
