What You'll Do
The Asset Protection Manager IV will assist with developing long-term strategies, goals and objectives that maintain effective asset protection policies and programs within their specific environment. Collaborates with the APLT, liaisons with other AP leaders, and other business partners, to mitigate enterprise risk, drive standards and program compliance and initiate investigations that positively impacts total loss.
Who You Are
• Ensure a safe + crime-free environment for employees and visitors. Protect the Company. Including: all people, product, physical assets. Act as a trusted advisor for all matters related to Security, Safety, Risk & Liability, Inventory Integrity & Investigations. Provide strategic direction for intelligent applications of AP technology & fire safety related systems.
• Model Company Core Values / developing trust and respect amongst peers and leadership. . Responsible for the Management of People & their Performance.
• Safety / Business Continuity Leadership - Ensure Planning & Resource applications for all Campus Emergencies. Including: Fire / Safety & Medical / Severe Weather-related events. Act as a Liaison with local authority's Police / EMS. Ensuring testing & Ensure compliance & functionality through testing & audits.
• Ensure awareness, focus on actions that support annual divisional & local Goals & AOP (Annual Operating Plan)
• Responsible for creating, maintaining & managing annual operating and capital budgets. Manage Vendors and 3rd party agreement's. Ensure partnership with sourcing and finance teams.
• Manage Shortage Reduction Programs: Ensure audit applications & compliance. Oversee joint work - projects. Work with local, corporate & field business partners to measure, strategize & drive shortage reduction / compliance.
Understand Inventory & related practices both physical & financial. Support all aspects of audit and compliance to ensure operational excellence within integrated environments. Proactively evolve programs to and support to reflect business demands & changes and apply divisional and corporate best practices.
• Ensure Investigative safety & approach / productivity & related compliance. Partner with HR / ER & Legal were required.
