About the Role

The Assistant Manager of GTM is a critical part of the team, responsible for helping to ensure the plan is executed flawlessly in North America. In this role you will help to facilitate status updates, ensure cross functional team alignment, participate in business reviews, and the creation of GTM materials. Attention to detail and critical thinking are essential to success, second only to a deep passion for the customer and their experience with the brand.

What You'll Do
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and proactively identify and address potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or budgets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, vendors, and clients, to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Ownership and maintenance of essential GTM documentation for pre-season and in-season execution.
  • Responsible for the Omni Commercial Planning Calendaraccuracy and clarity.
  • Writing master creative briefs and kicking off projects to channels.
  • Sourcing data from various tools to aid in analysis and hind sighting.
  • Weekly, monthly, and ad hoc competitive recapping, collecting data and sharing insights.
  • Innovate on promotional constructs through frequent hindsighting and testing.
  • Help to optimize process and drive efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop materials for weekly Gap Inc. SLT Review
Who You Are
  • The ideal candidate is highly attentive to detail, is tenacious and eager, can work independently, and can maintain a positive attitude in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
  • 1-2 year's experience in online marketing, merchandising or other aspect of online business is required.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Communications, Fashion/Merchandising or similar.

Salary Range: $79,800 - $105,800 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
