What You'll Do

Responsible for protecting the assets of the company and ensuring a safe environment for our DC employees and visitors. The AP Lead assists with the recruiting, training, development and supervision of AP Specialists. The AP Lead coordinates the activities of 2-8 AP Specialists to perform duties that directly support the core supply chain LP responsibilities of physical security, safety, inventory management, auditing, and investigations. The AP Lead utilizes the tools and resources available to initiate, coordinate and manage internal investigations. The AP Lead, works closely with DC Operations to increase AP awareness, maintain operational excellence and minimize shortage within their area of responsibility. The AP Lead assists the local AP Management Team with the daily operations of the department and facility and serves as the primary point of contact for DC Operations in the absence of AP Management.
Who You Are

• Ensure communications between AP and Facility Leadership.
• Ensure a safe + crime-free environment for DC employees and visitors. Maintain & manage controls of property which include: Access Control Points, Physical Security / Fire Safety / Equipment and all related Systems & Administration. Protection of all company assets: People, Property & Merchandise.
• Safety / Business Continuity Support - Assist with all Campus Emergencies. Including: Fire / Safety & Medical / Severe Weather-related events. Responsible for contacting emergency services and site coordination.
• Shortage reduction Programs: Performing Inventory Auditing & Systems related functions.
• Support AP Investigations & Research provide accurate reporting & case management. Apply / use of all applicable investigative tools and ensure administrative compliance. Maintain confidentiality in all related matters. Advise AP leadership regarding all incidents and investigations.
• Drive daily workload & assigned projects. Monitor, Measure & Validate Specialists work to ensure team goals are achieved.
• Teach, coach and train AP Specialists. Ensure departmental compliance & AP Operational & Administrative Standards.
