The Senior Accounts Manager will serve as the primary liaison between our company and a major media and digital marketing solutions client in the motor sports space, ensuring a robust and productive partnership. This role is pivotal in maintaining and expanding our presence within the motor sports industry. The ideal candidate will also be aggressive in exploring new ways to grow revenue within the motor sports space, with an eye toward bringing on new clients and developing creative monetization streams.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with clients.
  • Manage daily meetings with clients to discuss ongoing projects, new opportunities, and address any concerns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Track and report on account metrics with regards to direct marketing solutions, as well as media campaigns, with an eye towards continuous improvement.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with the client, aiming for mutually beneficial terms.
  • Develop new revenue opportunities by growing media and digital marketing solutions clients in the motor sports space.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate 5 years of client relations experience in the digital marketing solutions space, media space, or comparable roles, showcasing a track record of successful partnership development and execution.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate across functions throughout the entire sales process, fostering teamwork and achieving collective goals.
  • Possess a deep understanding of the motor sports landscape and familiarity with similar partnership offerings within the industry.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful sponsorships and partnerships
  • Strong leadership skills and a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $43,000and $81,000. Variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, and union representation, if applicable.
