Job Description:

The Sales Enablement Manager will play a critical role in driving our sales teams' success by developing and implementing strategic enablement programs. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, process optimization, and hands-on execution. You will be the connective tissue across various teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication to drive sales effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Directly manage the Proposal Team, currently consisting of 4 members, responsible for creating proposals for Inside Sales and local sellers involved in the pilot program.

Program Management: Drive the entire enablement program, collaborating with BDR managers, BDRs, DMCs, sales leaders, sales operations, training teams, marketing, and other key stakeholders.

Process Optimization: Establish and continually refine processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across teams using tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong.

Skill Development: Identify gaps in knowledge and skills within the Proposal team, BDRs, and sellers. Develop and deliver targeted content and training programs to address these gaps.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Create and maintain reporting dashboards to track and manage success metrics. Present data insights and results to sales leadership and executives through compelling data visualizations.

Onboarding: Lead the development and delivery of onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a comprehensive BDR track and a seller track.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing sales enablement programs.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and other sales enablement tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and visualization.
  • Ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $79,200 and $110,000. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications and experience. Note: variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable.
