Job Role: Public Notice Coordinator The Public Notice Coordinator role requires a highly personable individual with strong communication and customer service skills to guide callers in placing obituary and legal notices in print and online products. The role involves working in a multi-deadline environment and learning and applying new techniques accurately and quickly.
Responsibilities:
- Entering ads into the AdBooker, G3, and Wave2 programs.
- Performing reporting duties, including crystal reports for manifest and affidavits.
- Ad trafficking.
- Administrative duties such as answering phones and checking messages.
- Ad placement in both print and digital formats.
- Analyzing data using Microsoft Office programs.
- Special promotions project work, collaborating with multiple departments.
- Communicating with sales reps and customers.
- Reviewing and responding to multiple email inboxes.
Requirements:
- Attention to detail, including excellent spelling and grammar in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Typing speed of at least 50 wpm for data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
- Highly effective communication skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with efficient telephone etiquette.
