Job Title: Promotions Manager - Reporting and Analytics
Work Environment: Remote (prefer Eastern or Central Time Zone)
Position: Promotions Marketing Specialist Position Overview:
Join USA Today Network Ventures and Promotions, which supports Gannett with Promotions resources companywide. This role is ideal for individuals that possess strong reporting, marketing, design, and digital skills.
Core Responsibilities:
- Optimization and Google Analytics reporting on campaigns weekly.
- Create marketing elements for multichannel promotions. This includes concept development as well as market ready sales collateral, print and digital promotion, email marketing, and social campaigns
- Build and optimize Online Promotions using Second Street platform CSM
- Customize Collateral and House Ads for Promotions that are aligned to events as well as promotions that leverage market opportunity
- Project management for each promotion ensuring deadlines for registration and execution are achieved
- Work with local markets for campaign development and support markets with great customer service skills, very often juggling several campaigns at the same time.

Required Skills:
- Certified in Google Analytics
- HTML/CSS skills needed; you will use these on a daily basis
- Knowledge and understanding of Email campaign best practices preferred
- Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Microsoft Programs (Excel and Word)
- Strong Customer Service and Communication Skills
- Copywriting skills preferred

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $50,000 to $64,000. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications, and experience.
