The Enterprise of Brockton/enterprisenews.com, part of the USA TODAY NETWORK, is seeking a dynamic food and culture writer to create compelling stories about the restaurant, dining, art and influencer scene in the Brockton area. A majority-minority city of about 100,000 located half-way between Boston and Providence, Brockton is known for its vibrant African-American, Cape Verdean, and Haitian communities, contributing to its rich culinary and cultural landscape. Brockton boasts restaurants that are destinations for foodies, a Black-owned craft beer company, and a cutting-edge hip-hop scene. We need a passionate storyteller with the ability to capture the diverse culture of the city, spot what's buzzworthy and serve it up to our readers, from quick-turn food trending articles to chef and restaurant or influencer profiles.

Requirements:
