Communities Reporter II

Louisville, KY

The Louisville Courier Journal is seeking a reporter eager to engage with and report on the communities and cultures within our state's largest metro. This is an opportunity for a curious and ambitious journalist to report on critical issues in our high-growth and underserved communities, including housing and homelessness, racial equity, social services, immigration and neighborhood development.

This reporter will write about and for people who are often overlooked. The ideal candidate has a track record of writing accountability and solutions journalism. You'll work closely with a team of reporters who focus on local and state government, education and public safety.
