The Client Success Manager, Automotive position will serve as primary campaign execution lead for our clients and will own digital campaign results. Individuals in this role will possess strong digital product expertise to effectively deliver marketing solutions to best suit our clients' business needs and maximize their return on investment. This role must understand client objectives and digital marketing programs to devise appropriate strategies and campaign implementation plans. They will be responsible for the ongoing management of the marketing plans and accountability for post-sale campaign execution in collaboration with backend support resources and ad operations teams, focused on delivering to client objectives. Key success measures for this role will be client satisfaction, client revenue and account retention.

Position Requirements:

Strong knowledge of digital marketing solutions, including but not limited to SEM, Social, Display, Email, and SEO. Ability to effectively manage day-to-day campaign performance and optimization, assess campaign trends, review and interpret analytics, develop comprehensive reporting, facilitate client advertising performance discussions, and identify creative new advertising techniques to further our clients' marketing needs.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Fulfillment of all digital advertising product orders for your assigned accounts
  • Hands on management and optimization of PPC search campaigns through our proprietary platform and search publishers
  • Proactive monitoring and optimization of all campaigns with direct communication with our product delivery teams
  • Lead creative development process in collaboration with client success, sales and design teams to ensure messaging will achieve client marketing objectives;
  • Drive campaign ROI and suggest new solutions to assist the sales team in growing accounts;
  • Proactively manage relationships with key internal and external vendors to ensure deliverables meet agreed upon specifications, deadlines and standards;
  • Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues using best practices and support resources
  • Assist with the management of client expectations, and communication of performance metrics;
  • Develop account specific value story by leveraging insights across all platforms into a cohesive campaign performance report

  • Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in digital marketing solutions, key technologies and systems to manage marketing campaigns

  • Knowledge of ad management, billing and workflow management and
  • Proficiency in analytics platforms
  • Ability to effectively present findings to client to drive satisfaction and client revenue and account retention
  • Strong technical and analytical skills to assess and routinely improve marketing campaigns over their lifecycle
  • Ability to effectively motivate and collaborate with virtual teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management

About You:

  • Bachelor's Degree (i.e. General Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Advertising or Public Relations)
  • 2+ years hands-on experience managing online/digital advertising campaigns, especially Google Ads
  • 2+ years of client service/account management experience.

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $43,000and $65,000. Variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, and union representation, if applicable.
