The GET Creative Account Manager position is responsible for managing the pre- and post-sales execution of creative projects within GET Creative. This involves leading the creative teams in building and executing creative concepts and working with clients and internal/external parties as their trusted advisor to the creative process. This role is ultimately responsible for successfully seeing creative campaigns through the pre- and post-sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Pre-Sales and Post-Sales creative projects within GET Creative (60%).
- Lead the team in building and executing marketing and advertising programs including Display, Print, Social, TV/video and more.
- Own the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives while ensuring budgets are maintained.
- Clearly communicate the progress of weekly, monthly, and quarterly programs to internal and external stakeholders including reporting on key successes.
- Triage requests and monitor projects as necessary to identify and adjust any issues or escalations of an account.
- Track, forecast and report on key account metrics on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Research, identify and grow opportunities in partnership with sales teams to ensure growth of customers and prospect.
- Build trust and working relationships with external and internal partners for all projects (30%)
- Operate as the central point of contact for all communications between the customer and our internal teams and vendors.
- Be the trusted advisor with your customers and develop relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with an eye toward growing accounts and adding additional value over time • Other duties as assigned. (10%).

Accountabilities:

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university with a marketing or business degree, and/or equivalent
Specialized Knowledge:
- Understanding of video, print and digital.
- Understanding of media.

- Ability to articulate client direction to creative teams and explain.
- Analytical and strategic.
- Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent proofreading and spelling.
- Strong communication skills with ability.
- Strong ability to prioritize work and resources across engagements based on short-and long-term need.

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $43,000and $81,000. Variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, and union representation, if applicable.
