Overview

This position will be responsible for installation, and support for network infrastructure and Cisco Unified Communications platform as part of the initiative to standardize the voice and data network elements of a global enterprise.


How you'll make an impact

  • Deployment and support of Genesys Contact Centre Solutions
  • Deployment and support of Cisco based network infrastructure.
  • Deployment and support of Palo Alto firewalls.
  • Configuration and optimization of all aspects of Cisco VoIP telephone systems and related network equipment and services including Cisco Communications Manager and Cisco Unity Connection voicemail platform.
  • Deploy and manage Cisco HD Video conferencing solution to branch offices globally.
  • Deploy and support Cisco Webex solution.
  • Deploy and support Cisco Jabber solution.
  • Deploy and support Xmedius Global Fax solution.
  • Optimize and maintain network software and hardware.
  • Install and manage Cisco Firewalls at branch and datacenter locations
  • Perform network infrastructure troubleshooting including F5 load balancers
  • Deploy and manage Cisco Wireless solution to branch offices globally
  • Deploy and manage Cisco (WAAS) WAN optimization/acceleration solution to branch offices globally
  • Deploy and support Aruba Solution for tele-workers
  • Provide level 2/3 support for VoIP and network related issues

About You

Required:

  • 3+ years of experience support Cisco based network infrastructure including routers, switches and firewalls.
  • 3+ Working experience with WAN technologies (PTP links and MPLS) and routing protocols such as BGP.
  • 3+ years of experience with installing and supporting Cisco Unified Communications solution set.
  • Hands on experience with Palo Alto firewalls and Cisco Firewalls such as ASA 55XX and ASAM.
  • Hands on implementation of LAN/WAN security solutions including Cisco ISE.
  • Experience with supporting UC applications such as Jabber and Webex.
  • Experience in supporting UCCE call center solution preferred.
  • Experience with deploying and managing Cisco WAAS solution
  • Working experience with F5 load balancers and GTM.
  • Experience with Cisco Wireless products and technologies (WiSM2 and WLC55XX)
  • Experience troubleshooting complex LAN/WAN environment problems to resolution in a multi-platform, multi-protocol environment
  • Solid written and oral communications skills

Desired

 

  • Proficiency with Visio and Microsoft Excel
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or related field or the equivalent in training and experience
  • CCNA and CCNP Certifications

 

Work Traits

Must be able to overlay technical proficiency with good project management, and must have solid written and verbal communications skills.
