The Sr. Manager, Integrated Marketing, is a critical contributor to the overall Funko Marketing
function, responsible for the strategic development and activation of marketing campaigns that
simultaneously build Funko’s global brand awareness and differentiation, while driving
consumer consideration for our unique product offerings and the Funko brand overall.
A marketing professional who's demonstrated an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic
environment, the ideal candidate will lead the development of holistic and globally integrated

fostering cross-functional partnerships (internally and externally), overseeing activation both at
the local and global level, managing the marketing budget, and assessing performance against
established marketing and business KPI's. From engaging and exciting our core fans through robust and unique integrated marketing
stories, to presenting our value proposition to prospective new customers, the Sr. Manager will
lead overall global marketing efforts to curate compelling brand and product stories with a fanfirst approach that perpetuates Funko's industry leadership as purveyors of pop culture.

What You’ll Do
• In partnership with our events, merchandising and marketing teams, develop a holistic
annual roadmap for key product launches of our high-profile product initiatives;
identifying opportunities to build hype and brand relevance within existing tentpole
moments/events.
• Lead the ideation, planning and execution of Funko Integrated Marketing plans globally
for key brand and product initiatives including our Bitty POP! product line, plus other
priority campaigns and/or critical brand moments.
• Push boundaries by testing innovative go-to-market strategies, targeting our key
consumers and prospective consumers, bringing innovation to the forefront of our plans
and activations.
• Craft thoughtful and compelling campaign briefs and lead cross-functional Marketing
and Creative teams in the development of conceptual marketing content and creative
assets.
• Create scalable campaign plans that communicate strategy and activations to a range of
audience segments, from executive leadership to individual contributors.
• Assist in establishing and implementing scalable processes to streamline the crossfunctional planning process including inputs, milestones and deliverables.
• Closely monitor marketing spend to measure impact of marketing efforts and identify
opportunities to optimize spend for future campaigns.
• Establish campaign KPIs and lead post-mortems across functions to drive ongoing
improvements and efficiencies.
• Develop marketing campaign calendars and cross-functional inputs/deliverables to
ensure timely delivery of supporting plans and assets.
• Lead multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Bring
• 5-7 years of Marketing experience.
• Vast knowledge of integrated marketing best practices, with a willingness to
share/lead/implement best practices across functions.
• Ability to interpret data, analytics and consumer insights - synthesizing information to
inform future plans.
• A passion for pop-culture and fandoms with an in-depth understanding of consumer
affinities across movies and television, music, sports, anime, etc.
• Demonstrated "Customer-First' thinking ability; always putting the fan at the forefront
of strategies, programs and initiatives.
• Comfortable working in a matrixed environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Excellent people and management skills, with a high comfort level of holding crossfunctional peers accountable for on-time deliverables.
• Desire to remain up to date on consumer trends and marketing best practices.
• Excellent people and management skills to effectively collaborate with peers and crossfunctional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field

Salary Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $105,000 - 131,000 annually.​Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
