Job DescriptionWorking as a Manager - Product Operations (Pricing) at Freshworks, you will be responsible for leading pricing and packaging strategies across product lines. Your role involves defining pricing policies, conducting pricing analytics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize pricing strategies. Your expertise in financial modeling, market insights, and cross-functional collaboration will be critical in driving Freshworks' success through effective pricing and packaging strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Define Pricing Policies: Develop and implement pricing policies for existing and new products.
- Conduct Pricing Analyses: Utilize advanced analytics and research methods to analyze market share, demand elasticity, and competitive intelligence for data-driven pricing decisions.
- Collaborate with Product Leadership: Work closely with product leaders to develop effective packaging and bundling strategies that enhance product positioning and value proposition.
- Establish Data-Driven Methodology: Collaborate with Finance and data teams to establish a data-driven methodology for building pricing strategies.
- Ensure Alignment and Documentation: Ensure pricing strategies and practices are well-documented and aligned across all stakeholders within the organization.
- Foster Team Processes: Work across teams and stakeholders to establish processes that support the pricing roadmap and ensure their successful implementation.
- Drive Inclusiveness and Diversity: Champion initiatives that foster a culture of inclusiveness and diversity within the team and the organization.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of strategic planning and/or product management experience in SaaS or related fields
- 4+ years of experience in leading software projects
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related business discipline
- Ability to communicate and influence stakeholders across functions and levels
