Position Overview:

The Technology & Operational Risk department within the Multifamily (MF) division is seeking a Vendor Management Lead. This individual will play a pivotal role in overseeing all contractual related engagements. The role will report to the Chief of Staff, Senior Director and oversee all supplier engagements (vendor performance, renewals, negotiations, and financial reviews), as well as support the MF Tech & Ops Risk budget. Your Impact:

  • Review, analyze and maintain all contractual engagements for the department to include renewals, new acquisitions, vendor performance, risk assessments, negotiations, and financial reviews, ensuring SLAs are met
  • Serve as the point of contact for ad hoc reporting and financial analysis that address business needs
  • Support monthly governance meetings for third parties and strategic vendors
  • Collaborate with ESC, Legal, Finance, and various teams to ensure alignment in criticality and pipeline is up to date and reviewed
  • Capture information, analyze data to identify potential risks, and frame solutions, including alternatives. Gain consensus from applicable partners and present ideas and recommendations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with minimum of 8+ years of related experience. Technology Finance experience is a plus!
  • Budget preparation and forecasting for cost centers/expense accounts experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of Workday Strategic Sourcing (WSS), ProcessUnity, and Beeline are a plus
  • Ability to effectively interact with internal/external partners while maintaining superior customer service
  • Advanced level skills with MS Excel
  • Work effectively under pressure, with proven time management skills; manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment and organize complex information
  • Ability to work across various levels and functions to build relationships, instill trust, and influence individuals at all levels of an organization
  • Track record of excelling in high pressure, fast-paced work environment supporting senior leaders to drive business strategy and goals

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $114,000 - $172,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
