Our Impact:

Our team is responsible for reducing counterparty risk to Freddie Mac Multifamily by:

  • Reporting on counterparty risk to senior leadership and enterprise stakeholders.
  • Designing and implementing technology improvements for managing counterparty risk data.
  • Managing our inventory of counterparties and vendors for enterprise reporting.
  • Supporting business teams to improve the technology used in the counterparty risk management process.
  • Implementing third-party risk management strategies for the Multifamily division.

Your Impact:

  • Provide operational support for CRC functions and ensure data quality across CRC applications and reporting.
  • Act as subject matter expert (SME) for various CRC applications and serve as a liaison for technical business partners.
  • Write business requirements for new reporting and process automation initiatives.
  • Document user guides to support adoption of upgraded technology systems.
  • Maintain and enhance the CRC End User Computing system.
  • Maintain and enhance CRC Tableau reports.
  • Maintain and enhance the CRC SharePoint site.
  • Write test scripts and perform UAT testing for CRC applications.
  • Support external teams with sourcing CRC data.
  • Investigate underlying issues with existing reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 - 4 years of proven experience working as an IT project manager or related role
  • Proficiency in MS Excel is required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of data management concepts and experience providing oversight or operational support
  • Strong business aptitude and robust analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Demonstrated ability to provide resolutions to an extensive range of complicated problems via innovative, thorough and practicable strategic solutions.
  • Working knowledge of modeling, analytic, dashboarding, and reporting tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with little direction
  • Experience with SQL, preferred
  • Experience with Tableau Reporting, preferred

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $74,000 - $110,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
