The expectations of the position are to assist in reporting, tracking and facilitating many tracks of work with different stakeholders across the Business Technology Office.

Your Impact:

As a Systems Analysis Associate you will be supporting IT Initiatives and Information Security under the Single Family division within the Servicing Domain. The role is to be part of a team that keeps technology and applications safe and secure, which support Freddie Mac's mission of making home possible.

Qualifications:

  • Typically, 1-2 years of related data analytics experience
  • Bachelor's degree: Business, Statistics, Information Systems, or related field or equal work experience
  • Job requires experience using MS Office applications including MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Understanding of VBA & SharePoint
  • Working knowledge of relational databases and using reporting tools such as Tableau, MS Query, Rapid SQL, and MS Access

  • Detail oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to understand and explain complex business concepts and reporting requirements.
  • Experience working with Tableau or other Business Intelligence (BI) tools

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $64,000 - $96,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
