Your Impact:

This role is a supplier diversity subject matter expert with demonstrated experience in DEI and supply chain whose responsibilities include the following:

  • Lead, influence, and partner with ESC to manage the supplier diversity program execution ensuring each business area's efforts to identity and procure goods and services are inclusive of diverse suppliers to the extent possible and within safety and soundness requirements.
  • Partner with each division and ESC to define, enhance, and monitor supplier diversity policies and procedure.
  • Ensure roles and responsibilities for carrying out the supplier diversity program are clear and detailed.
  • Partner and harness a solid relationship with Enterprise Supply Chain in implementing the supplier diversity program.
  • Partner with each division and ESC to define performance metrics to measure and benchmark the impact and outcomes for the supplier diversity program.
  • Improve and manage the Supplier Diversity Academy our signature supplier diversity development and outreach program.
  • Serve as liaison and subject matter expert on engagement-related items for key partners such as communications, internal audit, risk and controls and others.

Qualifications:

  • Typically has 8+ years of related experience
  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated experience developing, leading, and/or supporting supplier diversity programs
  • Proven program management skills to handle complex projects simultaneously aligned with an organization's overall strategy
  • Ability to work across different levels and functions to build relationships with key partners
  • Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and operational execution.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure, with confirmed time management skills and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment and organize sophisticated information
  • Proven awareness and understanding of multiple facets of different diversity dimensions and other differences that make us unique

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $125,000 - $187,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
