  • Project Management Office and Change Management team responsible for managing the roadmap, reporting and change management plan for two new technical initiatives.
  • Specifically, this role will support the change management plan focused on creating awareness, engaging stakeholders, managing challenges, providing support, onboarding teams and training our people.
  • We collaborate and partner across many key stakeholder groups within SFA and across the enterprise to drive adoption of these two large scale change efforts.

Your Impact:

  • Develop and create training content that aligns and supports the onboarding process for two new technical initiatives.
  • Write and edit key communications and messages, including strategic messaging.
  • Ability to develop concise written materials with a strong ability for creating complementary graphic designs to "tell the story".
  • Develop creative ways to engage employees and help them on their learning journey.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of related work experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of advanced change management methods and practices (e.g. Prosci Change Management)
  • Experience facilitating large working groups (using design thinking techniques, Mural)
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical skills collecting data, feedback, survey results and synthesizing results

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $105,000 - $157,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
