Position Overview:
Freddie Mac's Talent Team is seeking a Senior Talent Advisor to effectively partner with leaders throughout the hiring process. Primary responsibilities include gathering and understanding business needs, implementing search strategies, identifying qualified talent, and consulting with leaders on best practices at each stage of the process. This individual will manage fluctuating work and interact with leaders at various levels of the enterprise.

Your Impact:
- Develop external recruiting strategies and execute on those strategies to meet hiring goals
- Inform clients of labor market conditions on a regular basis
- Develop a continuous pipeline of top talent through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
- Effectively collaborate and partner with team members
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of related experience in Talent Acquisition
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience with client relationship management
- Skilled at developing and executing effective talent sourcing, nurturing and assessment approaches
- Experience performing complex compensation analysis
- Effective problem solving & negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence using data.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and diverse sourcing tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $97,000 - $145,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
