Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional with hands-on experience in programmatic and biddable media execution, specifically within the Google Marketing Platform (GMP). In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing media campaigns across various lines of business, ensuring maximum performance and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the GMP suite, including DV360, Search Ads 360, Campaign Manager and GA, along with a proven track record of getting results through data-driven strategies and programmatic solutions.

Your Impact:

  • Manage all programmatic and biddable media campaigns: Take ownership of the end-to-end management of all programmatic and biddable media campaigns within the Google Marketing Platform, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and campaign strategies.
  • Successfully ideate media strategy and manage a robust portfolio within existing programmatic and digital channels (i.e. display, native, video, SEM, audio, etc.)
  • Performance Analysis and Insights: Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and insights, using this information to refine audiences, strategies and improve overall effectiveness.
  • Budget Management and Allocation: Develop and manage budgets for programmatic campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to increase return on investment.
  • Continuous Learning and Adaptation: Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in programmatic advertising, continuously adapting strategies to use new opportunities and provide best practices to wider group.
  • Integration with other marketing efforts: Ensure seamless integration of programmatic campaigns with other marketing channels and initiatives, enhancing overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate within the media team, cross-channel as well as with wider marketing teams, to align on performance trends to ensure well-rounded team and divisional success.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic working environment, supporting new products/businesses.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years paid media experience required, with at least 2 years programmatic experience with hands-on, keyboard executional experience within a DSP, preferable the GMP (DV360, Campaign Manager, SA360 and GA for reporting and optimization).
  • Comprehensive in-platform knowledge of programmatic buying, audience creation, campaign management and in-dash optimization techniques.
  • Strong understanding of 3rd party tracking, serving, trafficking and attribution technologies, primarily in Google's Campaign Manager.
  • Ability to strategically assess new opportunities and make data driven decisions resulting in tangible improvements in media performance.
  • A strong communicator with a can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done.
  • Sense of humor and desire to have fun!

Keys to Success in this Role:

  • A proven ability to synthesize performance measurements and trends into concise narratives and recommendations.
  • A proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools, marketing automation, CRM, web analytics, and other associated measurement tools.
  • Strong ability to prioritize; you'll manage multiple campaigns with competing deadlines and priorities within the organization.
  • Experience in developing processes and working closely with cross functional teams.
  • Proven track record of getting large projects successfully off the ground through project management and process creation.
  • Familiarity and experience with website development and content management systems.
  • Ability to build rapport to influence decisions at all levels.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $101,000 - $151,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
