Position Overview:

Our rapidly evolving IT department is in search of a Senior Storage Engineer with excellent time management skills and a consistent track record of setting and reaching team goals! We're looking for a candidate with Storage Engineering experience who can assist with and lead the design and implementation of SAN and NAS Storage solutions

Your Impact:

  • Provide Storage Engineering that proactively ensures the stability and security of the platform.
  • Identify, influence, and Implement technology changes that modernize and make our infrastructure more effective and reliable.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to assure transparent communication, risk reduction and accountability for the performance of the team.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years demonstrated experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; advanced studies preferred.
  • 5+ years of Storage engineering experience designing and implementing solutions on Dell SAN, NetApp SAN and NAS, Brocade Switches/Routers.
  • Proven ability to design and leverage Administrative Solutions like Dell Unisphere, Dell Secure Remote Gateway, NetApp WFA, NetApp AIQ, etc.
  • Proven ability designing replication and enabling failover/failback via solutions similar to SRM or Zerto.
  • Ability to drive accountability and continuous improvement for individual and team performance.
  • Communicates well within the team to set clear goals and effectively relay the status and accomplishments to management.
  • Must not only lead current technical trends, but also anticipate and analyze future state technologies.
  • Demonstrable experience automating common processes via Ansible or comparable automation tools
  • Proven collaborative mindset and troubleshooting experience in order to guide the Storage Operations Center.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $117,000 - $175,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
