The ORSS/Compliance Technology Product Management team within the Enterprise Risk is responsible for:
- Championing an Enterprise-wide GRC strategy that aligns business need with technology
- Spearheading the process by which FM procures, manages, and retires risk technologies
- Partnering with the IT team to evaluate our risk technology landscape, and make investment recommendations to the leadership team
- Supporting partners in the design, development, and implementation of risk technologies
Your Impact:
- Collaborate with partners to document business technology needs timely and accurately
- Leverage customer-centric mentality to translate business needs into informative and well-written user stories
- Support the development and maintenance of product roadmap(s) that aligns with priorities
- Provide thought leadership that drives the development of technology solutions which meet partner needs and adhere to the product roadmap
- Partner with developers to drive the development of solutions that provide insight and efficiency across ORSS & Compliance
- Support ad-hoc program activities such as meeting coordination, documentation of meeting minutes and action items, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years of related business experience in the risk management industry (this is not an IT Analyst or Technical Analyst role)
- Knowledge of risk management frameworks and risk management applications
- Awareness of project management methodologies
- Proficient with MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to effectively interact with internal leadership team and external partners

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $96,000 - $144,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
