Single Family Portfolio and Servicing is responsible for designing and implementing business process, policy, and technology projects initiated by the Single-Family Servicing Division. The group engages business areas across the company including technology to identify and resolve impacts related to the projects being implemented to ensure successful rollout of projects both internally with business partners and externally with our customers.

Your Impact:

  • Drive assigned projects from conceptual definition through to execution/launch including managing risk assessments, submissions to FHFA, operational readiness and rollout.
  • Use consultative skills to define business needs and/or perform gap analysis to define business offerings and to determine rollout strategies and plans to meet customer needs.
  • Manage and maintain integrated program/project plans and other documentation; day to day project management including schedule and scope management and prioritization across teams.
  • Coordinate inputs from various stakeholders during business case development and solution design to support advancing the product vision.
  • Facilitate meetings and conference calls, to include scheduling the meetings; developing agendas and meeting minutes; providing and archiving required documentation; and documenting, tracking, and following-up on action items from the meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal business partners and to develop a solid understanding of implementation, rollout, and adoption objectives.
  • Direct interaction with senior management regarding status, progress, and issues.
  • Facilitate requirements and design discussions with project partners.
  • Plan the cross-functional rollout plan and launch of new offerings including facilitation and coordination with business stakeholders to implement "Go-To-Market" or "Business Operational Readiness" functions including marketing, communications, training, client adoption and integration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field, OR equivalent experience.
  • At least 5-7 years related project management experience.
  • Experience in the mortgage services industry is strongly preferred.
  • Experience using various project and product development methodologies is highly desired: Waterfall, AGILE, Scaled Agile Framework for Enterprises (SAFe); certifications such as PMP, CSM or SAFe SSM and PO/PM are beneficial.
  • Effectively handle projects using standard project management tools, including business case development, project plans, issues and risks management and status reporting
  • Strong verbal and written skills, including the ability to facilitate effective meetings, develop materials and deliver presentations to various levels of project stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently while driving and managing assignments from concept through deployment/launch.
  • Ability to partner with communications, training, and other teams to ensure proper messaging and rollout of offerings to both internal and external partners.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $97,000 - $145,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
