Our Impact:

The Single-Family Talent Engagement & Advancement team is responsible for leading the Single-Family division specific engagement activities, college hire program, and cohort learning & development program. Whether it be executing the engagement strategy, coordinating formalized business acumen trainings, hosting networking events, or providing mentorship opportunities, enhancing the employee experience is at the heart of everything we do. Our team is instrumental in progressing the Single-Family Acquisitions engagement experience and developing the Single-Family college hires.

Your Impact:

In this position, you will be providing valuable support and leadership to further develop our employee engagement initiatives and college hire program. To be successful in this role, the candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, organizational skills, program management, and problem resolution. Some things the candidate can expect in this role include:

  • Execute SFA employee engagement plan
  • Coordinate SFA training for experienced employees
  • Coordinate and execute division mentor program (experienced employees and college hires)
  • Lead and coordinate Single-Family specific college hire monthly learning and development
  • Lead communication efforts and outreach to business areas, managers, and college hires
  • Lead college hire allocation intake
  • Lead and participate in year-round college program efforts
  • Develop and update presentations and additional necessary documentation
  • Serve as primary touchpoint for Associate I
  • Define and detail annual engagement and learning and development budget

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of related work experience in program management
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communications, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word experience
  • Project management skills and experience
  • Knowledge or experience with employee engagement strategy and early career hire learning and development
  • Proven ability to influence and build credibility with business areas, hiring managers, and candidates

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $66,000 - $98,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
