Position Overview:

Are you looking for an opportunity to join our fast paced and passionate team that supports IT applications and methodologies used by the enterprise with continuous modernization in progress? Delivery Methodology is looking for a professional product analyst to join the team that is dedicated to improving delivery and operational excellence through methodology and metrics across the enterprise.

Your Impact:

  • Candidate will leverage tools to manage adoption of technology, automation changes and stakeholders through critical enterprise process changes.
  • Assess change impacts by conducting impact analyses, assessing change readiness and stakeholder management.
  • Support training and communication efforts for methodology changes and agile best practices.
  • Requires proficiency in agile methodology and technology implementations to streamline multiple methodologies into a concise package when necessary.
  • Candidate will collaborate with other software developers, analysts, leads and business partners. You will be expected to continuously enhance your skills and be innovative in providing enhanced solutions to problems at hand.
  • Documenting technical design, customer agreements to solution or implementation approach, and detailed requirements in the form of user stories whenever applicable.
  • Performing data analysis and JQL as needed to support current state or impact assessments for enhancement requests.
  • Participating in systems integration test (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), documenting bugs and/or test results.
  • Communicating with customers to close the loop once solutions are fully implemented in production or alternative solutions are identified that do not require system implementation for acceptance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent experience; advanced studies and degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of related experience
  • Modern Tools: Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket - required), preferred but optional - Jfrog Artifactory, Kubernetes, Spinnaker, Jenkins, SonarQube, GitHub
  • Strong JQL knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and written communication as the incumbent will be responsible for interfacing and influencing with the business lines as well as others across IT
  • Demonstrated analytical ability and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter; collaborative; problem-solver
  • Organized, ability to meet deadlines, work independently, manage priorities
  • Proficient in documenting and communicating ideas clearly
  • Ability to resolve issues in a non-confrontational manner

Keys to Success in this Role:

  • Hands-on experience in Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket)
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau)
  • Firm knowledge of Agile DevOps
  • Proactive in nature with customer satisfaction as primary goal
  • Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies and tools
  • Derive excitement and thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving culture
  • Outstanding interpersonal, technical, and organizational skills
  • Passion for driving value to customers and excitement for modern digital processes (Agile) and deliver
  • Works under normal supervision and follows established directions from Team Lead

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $75,000 - $113,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
