Strengthen the firm's overall resiliency by evaluating, documenting, and testing enterprise operational and technology resiliency capabilities and establishing a stable and sound platform to minimize disruptions to business operations.
Your Impact:
- Collaborate with divisional and enterprise technology teams to establish, maintain, and mature resiliency processes and practices to ensure alignment with industry best practices and meet regulatory requirements
- Advise and support business and technology teams on crafting, developing, conducting, and evaluating resilience and continuity exercises emphasizing strategy development and efficiency of resiliency controls
- Drive efforts across the organization to validate the effectiveness of technology resilience strategies and plans, including risk mitigation activities
- Relevant experience operating within a fast-paced, complex organization that requires interacting with and influencing a wide range of business and technology partners
- Facilitate interactions with senior leadership on matters requiring cross-divisional coordination and collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 8+ years of experience
- 5+ years of experience working with or within a technology disaster recovery, business resiliency, or operational resiliency environment
- Understanding of technology environments - legacy and cloud; experience with technology resilience, incident management, problem management is a plus
- Experience with software tools related to operational resilience, incident management, or disaster recovery preferred
- Understanding of out-of-region failover/back, disaster recovery planning, exercises, and testing activities preferred
- CBCP, ABCP, PMP, or Scrum certifications are preferred

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $112,000 - $168,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
