  • Enhancing liquidity within the mortgage and capital markets.
  • Stabilizing the housing market throughout the economic cycle, including helping families facing hardship remain in their homes.
  • Working with an array of housing market participants and creating both public and private partnerships to promote greater access to and supply of affordable and sustainable homes throughout the country.
  • Addressing longstanding issues of inequity in housing.
  • Helping lenders of all sizes to better serve their communities.

Your Impact:

  • Responsible for working at the reception desk in the Executive Office.
  • Greet, screen and direct all visitors.
  • Responsible for assigning conference rooms.
  • Performing clerical duties such as:
    • Quality control of expense submissions, ensuring they are aligned with our corporate travel and budget policies
    • Assisting with the Annual Records Management Review
    • Tracking key deliverables and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
    • Providing back-up office coverage for Executive Office colleagues when they are on vacation
    • Maintaining and ordering office supplies
  • Responsible for updating key listings (All-Officer and Senior Operating Committee team)
    • Gathering input from division administrative team
    • Disseminating the updated listings to all administrative staff
    • Coordinating with staff in Corporate Communications to post the Officer listing to HomeFront
  • Staff may also be responsible for providing administrative, secretarial and/or technical support typically for a department or group of individuals. Responsibilities may include:
    • Meeting coordination
    • Transaction processing and associated data entry and/or filing

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills may be acquired is required
  • One year office experience and experience with Microsoft Office software
  • Keen attention to detail, sound judgment, tact, diplomacy, and discretion

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $63,000 - $95,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
