Your Impact:

Production Operations Manager will report to the Senior Director of Production Operations and will be responsible for managing operational tasks, as well as working collaboratively with the team on routine tasks, ad-hoc projects and new initiatives. Your responsibilities include:

  • Manage analytical projects, which includes data analysis and presenting outcomes to leadership and key stakeholders
  • Identify and implement operational improvements and enhancements through overseeing daily work and special projects to enhance productivity and results
  • Understand critical processes and functions within each department within the Multifamily lines of business to assist in identifying and implementing strategies
  • Lead production-related technology activities and issues, which includes myOptigo, PPM, Tableau and SharePoint
  • Lead and participate in meetings with Senior Management Committee members and other management teams
  • Using strong project management skills, support the Senior Director with Production-related risk activities, which includes reviewing risk control self-assessment, creating/updating procedures, manage operational events and perform assessment activities for significant changes
  • Manage the day-to-day operations supporting Production

Qualifications:

  • College Degree in business/related major and/or 8-10 years of related experience in Multifamily or CRE finance
  • Ability to analyze financial data, identify patterns and inconsistencies
  • Strong analytical skills, preferably with commercial loan products or other financial instruments
  • Exceptional management, organizational, analytical and prioritization skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to build strong relationship with other business partners
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (including Excel V-lookups, pivot tables, complex filtering of data and generating graphic report of results)
  • Works under limited direction; independently determines and develops approach to solutions
  • Ability to work well in team settings as well as independently
  • Preferred: Advanced Excel, Tableau and SharePoint skills
  • Preferred: Advanced understanding of Freddie Mac and Multifamily business

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $108,000 - $162,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
