Our Impact:

The MF Investments & Portfolio Management team provides high-caliber portfolio management services and risk management expertise. The team helps reduce risk and capital in the Multifamily business through innovative ideas, risk management techniques, business strategy recommendations, and high-quality analytics and modeling. Our team is primarily responsible for:

  • Business strategy analysis, sensitivity analysis, and recommendations in support of risk/capital reduction and profit optimization
  • Transaction analytics and execution for Multifamily backend CRT programs
  • Multifamily risk management and portfolio analytics
  • Portfolio management functions including daily balance sheet and liquidity management, funding, hedging and transfer pricing with Investments & Capital Markets
  • Manage and implement analytics related technology projects

Your Impact:

  • Develop data driven solutions for profit optimization and business strategy changes
  • Design, Monitor, report, forecast & conduct analysis for risks and profitability
  • Build positive relationships and consensus across Multifamily teams including Production, Asset Management, and Capital Markets
  • Respond to requests from senior management, ERM, and FHFA

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of related Multifamily/Commercial Real Estate experience in regulated financial services institutions.
  • Strong Risk Management, Credit Risk, Portfolio risk and/or Analytics experience
  • Graduate degree or equivalent experience preferred in a related study (i.e. economics, statistics, mathematics, financial engineering)
  • Ability to build tools, databases, analytics, and models
  • Experience in commercial real estate finance a plus

  • Ability to transform business questions into insightful analytics
  • Extensive experience in analytics, data science, and models
  • Strong technical skills in processing data and programming
  • Proven ability to work and collaborate across different departments and divisions
  • Ability to acquire extensive knowledge of Multifamily business

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $130,000 - $196,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
