The Single-Family Credit Risk Management Risk Strategy Execution team is responsible for partnering with business areas and their leadership to identify, prioritize, plan, deliver, and report on mission-based programs and projects.

Your Impact:

You will have every opportunity to create and implement project management methodologies and techniques, as well as change management strategies.

  • Drive projects and other program initiatives, ensuring that all scoped work is delivered, and all internal controls are adhered to in the process.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to help them realize goals/desired outcomes.
  • Manage all elements of the project delivery lifecycle, including, meeting facilitation, meeting minutes, and producing project management artifacts.
  • Coordinate with Model Business owner and set up structure around model change prioritization, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination, and tracking of issue management.
  • Collaborate with 2nd line of defense (2LOD), Enterprise Model Risk (EMR) and Model Use Assessors (MUA) and coordinate in fulling their documentation requests.
  • Assist in upload of documents as required by MRS in the Model Risk Tool (MRT) and ensure all changes adhere to the requirements as defined in MRS.
  • Facilitate/ Lead model community and coordinate with various partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and 8+ years of professional, related experience
  • Ability to support multiple concurrent high priority projects in various capacities
  • Project management experience using standard project management tools with strong analytical skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project)
  • Ability to take ownership and collaborate with diverse group of partners
  • Experience in model governance with experience in model risks management is huge plus
  • Issue management experience is helpful

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $122,000 - $182,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
