Join Freddie Mac's team as the newest Loan Servicing Professional.

The Loan Servicing Professional role is part of the Loan Sales team with the Loan Administration division of Multifamily. This position oversees the Deal Lead functions, which include review, preparation, and delivery of documentation to internal and external partners in connection with the securitization of multifamily loans. The role requires oversight of multiple pools of loans simultaneously throughout their lifecycles, from inception through close.

Our Impact:

Our team ensures that the loans purchased by Freddie Mac Multifamily follow the Optigo Lender Guide requirements and works with Lenders and their counsel to address any issues. We support the purchase of a high volume of loans while providing stellar customer service.

Your Impact:

  • Review of commercial/multifamily loan documentation
  • Coordination of the resolution of issues.
  • Management of the assignment of loan documents, including coordination with external partners, to ensure timely and correct preparation.
  • Ensure solutions are innovative, thorough, and practicable.
  • Independent research to determine and develop approaches to solutions
  • Represent the organization as the principal customer contact.
  • Interaction with various business areas and external parties requiring coordination across organizational lines
  • Self-sufficiency in meeting scheduled deadlines and reaching benchmarks independent of external direction.

Qualifications:

  • College Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience, paralegal and/or commercial mortgage closing experience preferred.
  • Experience in reviewing commercial/mortgage loan documentation including Security Instruments, Title Policies, UCCs, etc.
  • Demonstrated experience in a role requiring attention to detail.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Outlook)

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $74,000 - $112,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
