The Freddie Mac Multifamily Loan Servicing team is seeking someone who is forward thinking and skilled leader in process improvement, automation, and data analysis to support strategic business priorities of the team. • Leads initiatives to analyze complex business/product problems to be solved with automated systems.
• Advises teams by providing technical and strategic insights to identify and address business/product issues and opportunities and ensures that technical procedures align with the business/product vision.
• Employs extensive professional expertise as a generalist or specialist. Responsible for acting as one of the primary liaisons between technology and a particular business unit's product(s).
• Identify and coordinate implementation of systems, processes, and control improvements and exerts considerable latitude in determining technical objectives as related to the team(s) supported.

• Define project requirements which includes organization of project documentation; monitoring of project timelines; management of project meetings; status reporting; and implementation activities.
• Engage internal and external business partners to garner project support as needed to plan, gather, analyze, evaluate, and document governance, regulatory and internal audit issues and remediation.
• Keep stakeholders informed of upcoming deliverables and works with management to facilitate knowledge sessions with subject matter experts and stakeholders across the company.
• Analyze information, evaluate impacts in development, modification and execution of departmental policies that affect immediate processes and may also have company-wide effect.

• College Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• Typically 8 -10 years of relevant experience
• Strong familiarity and technical expertise with Midland's Enterprise Loan Servicing platform.
• Ability to drive project management in system conversion which includes creating test scripts and thoroughly identifying areas of weakness prior to implementation in a production environment.
• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail, problem solving, and critical thinking.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Technology (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience in Python, SQL, business analytics and other database and technical skills
• Ability to draw significant conclusions by analyzing large amount of data, and present findings to a wide audience.
