The Loan Servicing team is responsible the overall operations to associated with all active Freddie Mac Multifamily loans and securities. This includes all activities associated with servicer reporting and remitting to Freddie Mac. These activities help to facilitate the corporate mission of liquidity and affordability of rental housing market. Our success has resulted in Freddie Mac becoming the leader in the secondary mortgage market.

Your Impact:

In this role, you will be an integral part of our organization and be expected to collaborate with internal and external business partners to address/resolve issues, assist with data analysis and create efficiency through automation and process redesign. Some of the responsibilities include:

  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve systems, processes, and controls
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external business partners
  • Manage assigned projects including organization of project documentation; monitoring of project timelines; management of project meetings; status reporting; and roll-out activities
  • Provide project support as needed to plan, capture, analyze, evaluate, and document governance, regulatory and internal audit issues and remediation. Keep stakeholders informed of upcoming deliverables
  • Analyze information, evaluate impacts, resolve or escalate as needed
  • Involved in developing, modifying and executing departmental policies that affect immediate processes and may also have company-wide effect
  • Works on issues where analysis of situations and/or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives
  • Participate in system user acceptance testing cycles

Qualifications:

  • College Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • 0 - 2 years of relevant experience
  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail, problem solving, and critical thinking.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Technology (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to deliver exceptional business results in a team environment
  • Experience in Python, SQL, business analytics and other database and technical skills
  • Ability to draw significant conclusions by analyzing large amount of data, and present findings to a wide audience.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Deadline driven to consistently meet monthly goals
  • Organized and able to multitask to meet competing deadlines

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $60,000 - $90,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
