Your Impact:

  • Build strategic partnerships with one or more divisions to lead L&D solutioning
  • Develop and implement L&D strategies, frameworks, and programs to drive organizational performance and achieve business goals for designated Division(s)
  • Employee effective consulting techniques and processes such as intakes, evaluations, needs analysis, and strategic planning to guide partner interactions
  • Consult and handle division specific L&D programs, ensure technical/CEC monitoring
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and HRBPs to support functional skill development in the business
  • Partner with internal L&D team to ensure alignment of the divisional learning program needs
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs in the business and implement changes as needed to elevate the level and impact
  • Prepare and present Quarterly learning dashboards to divisional partners demonstrating impact of L&D
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging research in learning, leadership, and talent development, and apply relevant insights to drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure integration of diversity and inclusion messaging across learning solutions

Qualifications:

  • Typically has 8-10 years of related experience in L&D, with 4+ years of experience consulting
  • Experience collaborating optimally with internal business partners to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Proven excellent business acumen and partner management to drive impact and achieve desired goals for talent development
  • Confirmed experience navigating change initiatives in the face of internal and external pressures.

Keys to Success in this Role:

  • A deep understanding of and/or willingness to learn the business model and technical needs of our divisions, enabling alignment of learning strategies with broader business objectives
  • Excellent consulting, communication, and storytelling skills, both written and verbal, along with the ability to advocate for L&D at all levels of the organization in a succinct, compelling manner
  • Proficiency in using data analytics to measure the impact of learning programs and make data-driven decisions for improvement
  • A track record of achieving measurable results and demonstrating the value of L&D initiatives
  • Strong collaboration and partner engagement skills to work effectively with senior leadership and department heads
  • Experience leading organizational change efforts
  • Knowledge of marketing and communication strategies, tactics and channels
  • A track record of launching innovative learning solutions, including the integration of technology and digital tools
  • Experience in crafting and handling talent and leadership development programs
  • The capacity to adapt to evolving industry trends and new technologies, staying ahead of the curve in the field of L&D
  • Confirmed expertise in driving cultural change and organizational transformation through L&D initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement a forward-thinking L&D strategy aligned with business goals and industry trends

Freddie Mac offers a comprehensive total rewards package to include competitive compensation and market-leading benefit programs. Information on these benefit programs is available on our Careers site.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $115,000 - $173,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
