Your Impact:

The Instructional Design Associate supports the Customer Education team in the design, development, and maintenance of instructional materials and content for training programs and interventions. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Customer Education team in the initiation, planning and execution of learning interventions, workshops and conferences that algin's Optigo Lenders and Servicers with Freddie Mac's mission.
  • Managing the Customer Education team content analytics and Learning Management System
  • Supporting learning program initiatives and projects by crafting, developing, and implementing learning content.
  • Creating design documents outlining course objectives, content, assessment, and evaluation criteria.
  • Proofing external and internal training content and assets
  • Reviewing existing assets in the external Learning Management system to ensure they are compliant with best practices in training content design and development.
  • Assisting with events for lenders to improve how we do business together.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years related experience in L&D, instructional design or related field.
  • Relevant College Degree
  • Experience collaborating with internal business partners to achieve desired outcomes.

Keys to Success in this Role:

  • Highly organized and goal-oriented
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge and experience with e-learning development tools (Articulate Studio, RISE, Articulate Storyline, Photoshop, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Suites).
  • Ability to learn new skills / concepts quickly
  • Ability to work efficiently under tight timelines
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms
  • Requires a willingness to travel in the United States on a regular basis.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $58,000 - $88,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
