Your Impact:
This role is an engagement subject matter expert who will:
- Support Engagement Director in the coordination of ten BRGs to include all facets of governance and operations of the program.
- Assist in the identification and management of internal and external partnerships, organizations, speakers, and programs that can support the employees and activities.
- Collect and analyze data for DEI-related benchmarking, strategic planning, and recognitions to strengthen the employee value proposition of the BRG program.
- Develop content, materials, and presentations for raising awareness about employee engagement and the BRG program with partners across the enterprise.
- Provide strategic guidance to amplify BRG impact, attract and engage diverse talent, and measure success.
- Collaborate with DEI division leaders, as appropriate, to ensure deadlines are met and results are achieved.
- Serve as a project manager for projects as needed and assigned.
Qualifications:
- Typically has 5+ years of related experience
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with employee networks or diversity councils
- Ability to work across various levels and functions to build relationships with key partners
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Strong project management skills to manage complex projects simultaneously
- Ability to work well under pressure, with proven time management skills and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment and organize complex information
- Ability to demonstrate awareness and understanding of multiple facets of different diversity dimensions and other differences that make us unique

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $100,000 - $150,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
