Freddie Mac's McLean corporate headquarters is home to a diverse population of more than 7,000 people that spans 33 acres with five buildings. Additionally, this position will define the approach to providing services for the five regional office locations.

Your Impact:
Strategy, Budget Management and Reporting
- Establish and assure adherence to budgets, forecasting, work plans and performance requirements
- Manage complex project plans, from project case development and justification to after-action review
- Demonstrate understanding of business requirements, issues and risks associated with services and systems
- Ensure projects are on time and on budget
- Responsible for the timely resolution of all issues impacting service delivery, whether technical, business or vendor related
- Develop and maintain accurate reporting on vendor performance and customer satisfaction.
Leadership and Team Development
- Build and inspire a high-performing team that delivers on the strategic vision
- Act as a role model for positive, forward-thinking attitudes

Management of Outsourced Services
- Build and define overall outsourcing objectives for amenities: food service, fitness, mail and reprographics
- Responsible for leading the RFP vendor selection and qualification process.
- Provide oversight of supplier performance; monitor key performance indicators and address vendor performance issues
- Partner with internal teams to identify and manage risk and associated mitigation plans
- Build and maintain outsourcing/vendor oversight standards
- Oversight of all purchase orders, invoices and anticipated vendor accruals and forecasts
- Oversight and responsibility for applications and technology supporting all services
Relationship Management
- Establish, maintain and improve amenity and business services programs, processes and policies to ensure alignment with the company strategies
- Forge effective relationships to provide guidance and direction so deliverables align with customer quality expectations
- Viewed as an advisor to leadership, negotiating change across direct area of responsibility, aligned with business needs.
- Guide customers and business partners to translate their needs into actionable, practical solutions that align with corporate policy and objectives
- Partner with peers in the Corporate Services department to develop future solutions and enhancements to programs and services
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in outsourced food service and amenity operations for a highly complex organization
- 8+ years of leadership, organization and management experience
- 5+ years of experience managing a multi-million-dollar annualized budget
- Bachelor's Degree or Certification in Hospitality-related field or equivalent expertise
- Proven track record in general management, team leadership, business partner engagement, people/process development, strategic plans and execution
- Executive presence with strong leadership attributes and written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Point-of-Sale System preferred

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $170,000 - $256,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
