Your Impact:

The role is a business management subject matter expert responsible for the following:

  • Coordinate and manage business tasks such as governance risk activities to include division Privacy Liaison, Records and Information Management (RIM) and Division Records Management.
  • Support the execution and oversight of division risk and controls and divisional requirement related to corporate-wide FHFA mandates / directives.
  • Support monthly reporting to DEI Business Officer and senior management (e.g., remediation status, program status, division status and performance indicators).
  • Lead projects from the requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations and project implementation plans.
  • Provide Operations support to include budget, procurement, invoicing activities and serve as owner of division SharePoint.
  • America's Charities administrator for our Matching Gifts Program.
  • Support communications campaigns through the communication lifecycle from planning to implementing to assessing for DEI attraction, engagement and development initiatives.
  • Coordinate marketing outreach and tradeshow branding needs.

Qualifications:

  • Typically, 2-4 years of related experience.
  • College degree or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting divisional risk and controls priorities and use of systems to support risk management and oversight (e.g., BWise, Fusion, Appian, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Ability to work across different levels and functions to form relationships with key partners.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, proven time management skills and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment and coordinate complex information.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
