Our Impact:

The team is responsible for designing easily consumable financial reports and dashboards, supporting of an enterprise-wide investment management model. Our reporting model enables transparency into technology spend at Freddie Mac to senior leadership.

Your Impact:

  • You will have the opportunity to iterate and enhance standardized dashboards and reports applied across Freddie Mac to better understand Technology spend.
  • As we evolve the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution, you will play a key role in the design and data architecture as we migrate enterprise financial reporting to a new system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement reporting solutions leveraging enterprise tools such as Jira, to improve data uses in a data-driven culture.
  • Provide thoughtful inputs on the development of business processes, reporting solutions, methodology enhancements and improvements.

Qualifications:

4-6 Years experience in Data & Business Analytics, Financial Reporting, Information Technology teams leveraging Agile software delivery frameworks.

  • Deep knowledge and understanding of JIRA work management tool
  • Worked in an agile environment, understands Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Design and Implementation of complex data into simple visualizations using Tableau
  • Foster trusting relationship with customers, actively partnering to understand their problem statement that will help define business requirements
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Oracle Hyperion Smartview, Advanced Excel, Tableau Desktop/Server
  • Experience using enterprise resource planning tools such as Workday a plus

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $98,000 - $148,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
